That includes a release clause set at around €120-130m, but no team has come close to that price. So Napoli are prepared to negotiate a lower figure.

PSG were previously the favourites for the striker. But Italian outlet Radio Radio now claim Arsenal are in talks and are offering more money than the Ligue 1 giants in terms of a transfer fee.

However, the Gunners are also offering a lower salary than Paris Saint-Germain could guarantee.

Napoli will wait to sell Osimhen as they cannot splash the cash on Romelu Lukaku or any other player until he leaves.
